Can I buy Sections as a one-time purchase instead of a subscription?

A one-time purchase is no longer possible – neither for the full package nor for individual Sections like the FAQ Section. Sectionheroes now runs as a Shopify app on a monthly plan.

From one-time purchase to app

Sectionheroes used to be available as a one-time purchase. We've since moved to a Shopify app that runs on a monthly plan. This applies to all Sections – individual Sections are no longer available as a one-time purchase either.

Why the change?

As an app, we can continuously improve the Sections: new sections and features, regular updates, compatibility with new Shopify versions, and direct support. Instead of a single version that becomes outdated over time, you always get the latest version.

What does this mean without an active plan?

You can still test and prepare all Sections for free in the editor. They're only visible in the Shopify editor and not yet live in your store. As soon as you activate a plan, they go live.

Which plan is right for me?

If you only want to use individual Sections – e.g. the FAQ Section – the Core plan is usually enough. It includes all Sections and modules. Bundles and upsells are included in the Premium plan.
