Analytics update - August 25, 2026

Your Bundle and Upsell analytics are faster and more accurate: revenue is now shown net (after discounts, without shipping or tax), with a Today default, flexible date ranges, and a per tier breakdown including a new average quantity insight.

What's new

We rebuilt your Bundle and Upsell analytics from the ground up. They are now faster, more accurate, and easier to read, so you can trust the numbers and act on them.

Faster loading, with Today as the default

The analytics pages used to take a while to load, especially for stores with a lot of orders. They now open instantly. The default view is Today, which is the fastest and most up to date view. When you switch the date or a setting, a short loading placeholder appears so you always know fresh numbers are on the way.

Why this is useful:

  • No more waiting for the page to build before you see anything
  • You immediately see how your offers are doing today

Revenue is now shown net, after discounts

Revenue is always shown net, which means after discounts, the amount your customers actually paid. It is pulled directly from your Shopify orders, and it does not include shipping or tax, so you see the pure product revenue for each offer.

Why this is useful:

  • The numbers match what really landed in your account, not an inflated pre discount figure
  • Offers with discounts (especially Quantity Breaks) are now reported honestly

Choose your date range, now with full history

Pick the period you want with quick presets: Today, 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 or 365 days, plus This year. The old 60 day limit is gone, so you can now look back across your full order history and compare seasons.

Tipp
Use Today for a quick pulse check, and 365 days or This year to see the bigger picture across your whole store.

See performance per tier

Open Analytics on any Bundle, Upsell or Quantity Break to see a full breakdown per tier: how much revenue each tier drives and how often it was chosen.

Why this is useful:

  • You see exactly which tier drives your revenue
  • You can compare your tiers at a glance and decide where to focus

Spot non-standard quantities

Because a discount can now apply to any quantity, customers sometimes buy an amount you have not set up as a tier, for example buying 5 when you only offer a 3 pack and a 6 pack. Each tier can now be expanded to reveal exactly these purchases, marked Non-Standard, with the quantity, the number of orders and the revenue. A small badge on the tier shows you when there is something to expand.

Why this is useful:

  • You see which pack sizes customers really choose, even ones you never created
  • It is an easy nudge to add the tier people are already buying and capture more revenue

Exclude single items

Next to the date filter you will find a switch called Exclude single items. It hides quantity 1 and baseline offers (purchases that are not really a bundle) from your Bundle and Quantity Break numbers, so you can focus on your true bundle performance.

You do not need to change anything, the new analytics are on automatically.
